Blessed to be a BLESSING!

This theme in the Bible comes from Genesis 12 where God tells Abraham -

“You will be a blessing…and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

God blesses Abraham to be a blessing to all people and this blessing is passed down from generation to generation.  I was blessed to be a blessing, my children have been blessed to be a blessing, and now my grandchildren are blessed to be a blessing.  That's exactly what Kase is in our lives!
Kellie Munro is Jenna's professional photographer and what an amazing job she does.  Don't you love it when people use the gift(s) God gives them to bless others?  Here is a small glimpse of the beauty of her work:

We had another exciting week.  Our second celebration of Carole's 75th birthday (my mother in law), was on Sunday, the 1st of September at Mark & Tara's home.  It was such a wonderful time filled with Carole's grandkids AND great grandkids.  This picture was a treasure......Kase staring at his Gigi.
I have been able to get a little "rocking" action with the Rocker that my friend Anne Kennedy gave me.  It's PERFECT!  I decided to bring it out in the family room where all the action is!

Jordan is at the end of his baseball season and we decided to make a few road trips to wind down our minor league year.  We went to Modesto on the 2nd of September, Labor Day.  It was a 1:05 game which made it nice for us!  Here's a picture of Jordan and Jennie.
Doesn't Jennie look great?  She is coming down the home stretch.  Her actual due date is November 6th, but due to the blood clot in her leg, the doctor is going to take the baby early, probably mid-October.  I can't believe we are going to have our 2nd grandchild in a few short weeks!  SO BLESSED!

Jordan's team (The Modesto Nuts) is in the play-offs and played in Visalia last night.  Mitch, myself, Jenna and Kase made the trip.  I just had to take Kase to his 1st baseball game!  He was dressed perfectly for the occasion!

Unfortunately, it was HOT, HOT,  HOT!  I think it was 102 on this day and poor K-Dog (as Pompa calls him) didn't care for the heat!  We cheered Uncle Jordan on, but it didn't work too well.....we lost the game.

Kase also got to visit his daddy at the Fire Station this week. Trenton works in Shafter, CA which is in Kern County.  I don't know who was more excited, Kase or Trenton.

Kase is one month old today.  Blessed to be a blessing?  You better believe it!  God's blessings are never-ending!
